What a superb day filled with people that, for a photographer, were so interesting making for some terrific photographs.
Sam and Shane, both training to become accountants, couldn’t have been more lovely. Without gushing to the point of making you feel nauseous, this day is how all wedding days should go. Relaxed and chilled pretty much describes how the whole day went. Even the changeable weather didn’t dampen spirits even though the smokers had to dive for cover as the rain came down.
For those readers interested in the detail or no detail debate raging across the internet here’s my take…you’ve spent the money on flowers, rings, table dressings. For your photographer not to capture those elements of your day is criminal. As the day fades and your flowers wilt, only your wedding photographs can remind you just how beautiful your day was and part of that beauty is in the things you bought. Favours for guests, personal presents on the day from soon to be man and wife.
Great day, great people.
“Paul & Nikki were great to work with right from the first meeting, they made us feel very at ease and Paul’s style of photography was exactly what we were looking for. It was fantastic to have Nikki on hand all day just to touch things up when needed and even have a complete re-style for my hair in the evening. They were brilliant on the day and apart from a few posed photo’s, they were very good at going about their business almost unnoticed which meant we got some amazing natural shots. There were some beautiful photographs to choose from at the end of it and from that first coffee to having our prints handed over, Paul & Nikki were fantastic. I would recommend their services to anyone.”
