A little while ago we received an email from Claire. Claire wanted to get married in Yorkshire at a small Church in New Mill near Huddersfield. Claire went on to describe that this was going to be an intimate wedding with around 28 close family and friends and only wanted an hour of photography. I can’t remember the last time I photographed a wedding for such a short amount of time and typically I thank the enquirer and say no thank you. But there was something about our email exchanges, that certain something that you can’t put your finger on, so I said OK.
Christ Church in New Mill is a beautiful small building that recently featured on Songs of Praise, and the local community is fiercely supportive of the Church and of Reverend Sean Robertshaw. Rev Robertshaw was a hoot on the day coupling humour and the sincerity that marriage should really command. And as a photographer, he allowed me free reign to go where I please as long as I didn’t interrupt the flow of the ceremony.
An hour – wow!
Claire and Peter, Nikki and I wish you all the future happiness.

For only an hour of photography these wedding pics are great.Well done and well done to the couple.
Nice
A good documentation of our special day. Professional and transparent giving us images to match our memories.
Thank you for your time, with a couple of hours you’ve given us something that’ll last forever.
You even took the time to visit the Church before the day, which showed in the results.
Thank you again,
Claire & Peter
