The beauty of babies

Two years ago we covered the first wedding in a Bury Mosque for Musab and Khadija.  A year later we returned at their request to cover their western wedding blessing and very much like the traditional wedding they held the year before, the day was filled with joy, fun and laughter – the sort of wedding, or in this case weddings, all couples dream about.

When the family told us that Khadija had given birth, we received an invitation to visit and bask in the wonder of new life, a new perfect healthy life had been presented as a gift to Musab & Khadija Penfound.  The gift was a 6lb 10oz beautiful baby called Abubakr Martin Penfound.

At the request of the family no pictures of the baby will be posted but let me assure you that he is a beautiful baby boy.
